  Bianca's Bakery is fantastic!! She made us beautiful cupcakes for my granddaughters class at school and is now making her an Unicorn cake for her birthday party!! Total praise and Thank You to Bianca's!!!

  Never been here but I'm dying to try it but I have to say I come from a big family and I could destroy a person's rating by having everyone in my family go and post that she messed something up not cool. Personally I'm just trying to contrast all those duplicate post. Cause that's what it is. If you weren't the one that made the purchase or the one who she had the altercation with you shouldn't be posting review just to lower her rating. That's just being spiteful. If it's a Sweet 16 or Quinceañera or a Wedding or a special event of that type you are suppose to confirm all the details for your order early the day before preferably in person. So far the reviews I see are good ones other than the same repeated one from different family members lucky the whole family didn't have time to obliterate her rating completely. Usually when you go to get a cake for a wedding you taste a sample or at least get a slice from the place and it seems she does that at her location. Seems weird you found her cake so nasty. I bet you ate it all otherwise we would've seen pictures of the cake in the trash. Personally that's what I would had done. Omg it was so bad we tossed it out look here's is the proof and a picture of the cake she sent in the trash with as many pieces of trash i could put on it. I mean it seems you wanted to drive her customers away that definitely would had done a better job than posting the same message over and over to anyone with half a brain its obvious you are all related and it's the same wedding same complaint. Just kind of sad. Kind of like what I'm doing at 4 am not minding my own business. Just don't like people messing with small business owners just trying to earn a living. Anyhow Blessing to all of you. I hope your marriage is a success. Keep love alive. Forgive me if I took it too far not my intent.

  Very friendly warm atmosphere. Bianca’s food is very authentic and delicious. Definitely worth it

  Wouldn’t even rate as one star. Had my sisters wedding (Courtney Snell) on nov 4th. Courtney had prior arrangements to have the cake set up to be delivered that day and time! NEVER SHOWED UP WITH THE WEDDING CAKE. I PERSONALLY called lady probably 50 times. The next day she FINALLY answered and said she had the date for the following Saturday. I was furious, she only offered to make Courtney another cake & return the money. Obviously nothing can take back the fact my sister didn’t have a wedding cake on her wedding day. Glad the s’mores were good. Following the fact that she did get the small replacement cake - it was NASTY AF. DO NOT ORDER FROM HER.

  I wouldn't even give this place one star but obviously it's as low as it would allow. Me and my fiance purchased a cake from her for our wedding. She never showed with the cake, we called all day long and could not get her to answer, when we finally got an answer all she could tell us was she had us down for the following Saturday but all of our paper work and receipt said it was for the right day. Obviously I was torn to not have a cake at my wedding. This business is beyond unprofessional, do not count on her, especially for an occasion such as a wedding, I will never be able to go back in time and do the day over.
